  • ½ a ripe banana 

  • 1 egg⁠

  • 1/4 cup almond milk⁠

  • 1 packet Botanika Blends Apple Pie porridge⁠

    1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until completely smooth, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.⁠
