Cacao Easter Eggs

With Easter just around the corner, it's time to put your culinary skills to the test and whip up a batch of these raw, vegan + paleo easter eggs! They're super easy to make (just three simple steps) and will go down a treat Easter day.

Ingredients:

  • 12 medjool dates (pitted)
  • 1½ cups raw almonds
  • ¼ cup Blackmores Single Origin Cacao + Nature Boost Prebiotics & Probiotics
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut
  • Juice of 1 large orange

How to make

  1. Put all the ingredients into a food processor
  2. Process until you have a smooth mixture
  3. Roll into egg shapes and dust with extra desiccated coconut, cacao powder or wrap in coloured foil
