Coconut Yoghurt Bowl
This wholefood recipe is proof that a throw-together brekkie CAN be healthy, and tasty! The Blue Dinosaur Passionfruit Super Bite takes this to the next-level. You can also use it as a 'crumble' on all your brekkie dishes (pancakes, porridge, peanut butter toast, you name it), and it works a treat with the coconut yoghurt, balancing out the richness.
150- 200g coconut yoghurt
1/2 cup berries of your choice
¼ banana, sliced
½ ripe peach
1 Blue Dinosaur passionfruit bar
1 tbsp mixed seed (sesame, hemp, sunflower seeds)
Spoon yoghurt in the serving bowl and add all the remaining ingredients including 1 crumbled Blue Dinosaur bar.
