Gluten Free Cauliflower Herb Flatbread

Has anyone tried or even heard of cauliflower flour?? Well, this recipe uses it and they are ridiculously delicious. These flatbreads are perfect for platter season or just as a fun snack. Tip: change up the herbs and seeds each time you make them!

 

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups PomPom Paddock Cauliflower Flour Mix

  • 1 tbsp dried oregano leaves

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

  • ¼ tsp sea salt

  • ½ cup water, plus more if needed

  • ¼ cup olive oil

 

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. In a large bowl combine all of the dry ingredients together.

  3. Add the water and olive oil.

  4. Mix together with hands to form a dough.

  5. Turn onto a tray lined with baking paper and flatten into a large oval about 1-2mm thick.

  6. Bake for 10 minutes. Turn the dough over and bake for a further 5-10 minutes.

  7. Cool then break into pieces.
