5 Minute Green Smoothie Bowl

We're a sucker for a good green smoothie bowl. It's brilliant for healing and sealing the gut, and it's the easiest way to get a major hit of nutrients first-thing for breakfast! You can also sneak all kinds of superfoods into it. Lately, we've been adding a scoop of Motion Potion to our smoothie bowls. It's packed with fibre, herbs, prebiotics and alkalising greens to boost gut health, and it's super gentle on the digestive system - unlike a lot of commercial products we've seen!


  • 1 handful baby spinach leaves

  • ¼ avocado

  • 1 cup frozen banana

  • 1 tsp Motion Potion powder

  • 1 kiwi fruit

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • ¼ cup milk of choice

Toppings banana, cacao nibs, bee pollen, coconut flakes


  1. In a blender, add all ingredients and blend well

  2. Pour into bowl or cup of choice, add toppings and enjoy!
