Oatmeal Chia Bread

This Oatmeal Chia Bread recipe is perfect to get you through the week. It's dairy free, refined sugar free, and full of fiber-filled ingredients for a happy digestive system. Pair it with sweet or savoury toppings for any meal or as a nutritious filling snack. 


Serves 1 loaf (12 slices)




  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F) fan-forced and line a loaf tin with baking paper.

  2. In a large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients together.

  3. Add the hemp water, eggs, coconut oil and mix well.

  4. Spoon into the prepared loaf tin.

  5. Bake for 1- 1 ½ hours until firm to touch and bounces back when pressed with your fingers. Mine took 1 hour 10 minutes.

  6. Remove from the tin and allow to cool for 30 minutes.

  7. Slice and serve.
