Looking for a healthy spring punch to go with those lazy Sunday barbeques? Look no further then this alcohol free, caffeine free and refined sugar free free party punch.
Take the peppermint and camomile and place in a heatproof jug
Add the boiling water and let brew for 15 minutes
Place in the fridge to cool
When ready to serve place in a 2 litre bowl (or jug) and add fresh orange juice, pineapple juice, and sparking natural mineral water
Add sliced lemons and oranges and sprigs of mint
Just prior to serving add ice, then enjoy a delicious fruity natural punch
