Raw Choc Brownies with Essential Greens

- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1.5 cups walnuts
- ¾ cup cacao powder
- ½ cup oats
- 1 tbs rice malt
- 2.5 cups dates
- Pinch of Himalayan salt
Essential Greens Layer:
- 1 cup soaked cashews
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 2 tbs coconut cream
- 3 tbs rice malt
- 3 tsp My Mahar 'The Essential Greens' powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¾ cup coconut oil (melted)
- ¼ cup coconut oil (melted)
- 2 tbs cacao powder
- 1 tbs Rice Malt syrup (to taste)
- 1 tbs coconut cream
Combine the walnuts, almonds, oats, cacao and salt in a food processor and blend.
Now add in the rice malt and dates, blend. Line a 20x20cm tin and freeze while making the greens layer.
For the greens layer, mix all of the ingredients together on high speed until fully combined. Pour mix over brownie layer and smooth. Place in freezer to set.
For the choc drizzle, combine the coconut oil, cacao, rice malt and coconut cream in a saucepan over a low flame, stir well.
Once the layers have set, use a spoon to drizzle the melted chocolate evenly. Then cut into square slices and enjoy! (store in freezer)
