Recipe: Probiotic Passionfruit Soda Cake

Really into baking at the moment? Aren't we all!

This month at GMB, we're talking all things gut health, so you can say this probiotic passionfruit soda cake really hits the brief!

It's made from a number of gut-friendly ingredients including chickpea flour, banana and almond meal, but the best part is, the star contender is none other than a can of soda.

Yep! The Nexba Live Sparkling Water (which you'll find in the May GoodnessMe Box) is the non-negotiable in this recipe. It helps make the cake light and fluffy in texture and also packs a serious punch when it comes to the delicious passionfruit flavour.
