In a high speed blender combine almonds until fine then add the desiccated coconut, coconut butter and maple syrup.
Press into small pan.
For rose layer: blend and combine soaked cashews, coconut butter, maple syrup, coconut yogurt and a few drops of rose essence. When smooth pour on top of base.
For chocolate layer: Blend and combine soaked cashews, coconut butter, cacao powder, maple syrup, coconut yogurt. When smooth pour on top of rose layer
Place in freezer for 6-8 hours!
