The Ultimate Pitaya Bowl
- 1 cup pineapple, frozen
- 1 cup mango, frozen
- 1 packet of frozen pitaya (AKA Dragon Fruit)
- 1/2 kiwi, chopped
- 1/2 cup nut milk
- 1/8 Cup Refined sugar free muesli
- 1 BeondBar, chopped
- Your fave toppings! You can use: Banana, kiwi, strawberries, raspberries, coconut, chia seeds and more!
Place all of the smoothie bowl ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until there are no lumps (you also don’t want it to be too runny!)
Pour smoothie mix to a medium bowl
Sprinkle the muesli over a quarter of a bowl. Then add the pieces of your Beond bar in a cluster. Now place your toppings of choice neatly in a row. Serve and enjoy immediately!
