The Best Vegan Nachos


Get ready for the most delicious vegan nachos using The Gluten Free Co Queso Sauce. Salty, crunchy tortilla chips, black beans and avocado all covered in a healthy layer of creamy cheesy queso!

 

Ingredients

  • 200g corn chips

  • 1 can black beans, rinsed

  • 500g tomatoes

  • 1/2 red onion, diced

  • 1 avocado, diced

  • 1 bunch coriander leaves, chopped

  • ¼ cup The Gluten Free Food Co Queso Sauce Sauce Mixed with Water

  • Fresh lime juice to serve

 

Method

  1. Prepare Creamy Nacho Cheez sauce according to packet instructions.

  2. Arrange corn chips on a platter.

  3. Layer with the rest of the ingredients on top of the corn chips and pour the Cheez Sauce on top

  4. Serve with fresh lime juice.
