Common Shipping Questions

When will my GoodnessMe Box arrive?

We send out box deliveries twice a month, on the 1st week of each month and around the 18th of each month. Depending on your order date, your first box may take between 2-15 business days to process and ship after your initial order. Once your first box is on its way we reset your subscription so that all other boxes will be sent out on the 1st week of each month.

Delivery times after your box has left GMB HQ are:

2-4 days: Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne & Adelaide Metro, Regional Victoria & NSW, ACT and Northern Queensland
4-15 days: Perth, Tasmania, Far North Queensland, Northern Territory, Regional QLD, WA & SA

This may however vary due to unforeseen circumstances.


How do I track my box?

When your box is dispatched you will receive a tracking notification email. You can also track your order through your Account.
Just click on Track Order in the menu to follow your box's journey.
