GoodnessMe Box is a health food sampling service designed to get you excited about eating pure and wholesome food. Each month, we surprise you with 6-10 health food goodies so you can get your hands on the most sought-after clean eats the world is going nuts about! Expect to get your hands on the latest and greatest superfood, wholefood bar, nut butter, kale chips, coconut oil, herbal tea, raw chocolate, natural protein powder, gluten free muesli and more!

GoodnessMe Box subscription boxes costs $25/month, but you can save up to $35 if you choose to go on a 3, 6 or 12 month plan. Shipping costs $4.95 for monthly subscription but is free Australia wider for any 3 or 6 month plan.

To ensure you receive the highest quality health foods, our very own GoodnessMe Box health practitioners search the health food world and select only the very best products to go in the box. We identify businesses big and small that share the GoodnessMe Box values, who aim to follow ethical manufacturing and trading practices and who distribute products that are natural and GMO-free. In addition to products being natural and GMO-free, we search for and try to select products that are two or more of the following: organic, raw, gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, sustainable, fair trade, or vegan products. We use our best endeavours to include products that do not contain artificial sweeteners, artificial preservatives, food additives, synthetic trans fats, artificial flavours, artificial colours, Monosodium Glutamate (MSG), and High-Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS), however we cannot guarantee that individual products are free from everything listed above.

GoodnessMe Box strongly supports organic agriculture, however not all products will be certified organic. This is because there are some companies that still maintain clean and green production but do not have the Australian Certified Organic stamp as it may not be viable. We always try to find out about the trade, manufacturing and production process to ensure each product has been made to nourish the body in a sustainable and ethical way.

GoodnessMe boxes are only available as part of a subscription. If you’d like to try just one box, we recommend a monthly subscription which can be cancelled at any time. We just need 2 days notice prior to your subscription renewing.

GoodnessMe Box is all about discovery so the contents of the box are a surprise. We like to include a mix of products in the box, each month you will receive different products in your GoodnessMe Box. GoodnessMe Box makes no representations and gives no warranties that all or any of the products in the monthly box will adhere to your specific dietary need and lifestyle. GoodnessMe Box is not responsible or liable for you receiving a product in your monthly box that you are unable or unwilling to consume for any reason whatsoever.

Aside from Australia, we also ship to New Zealand. There are some other things to consider when placing an order for delivery outside of Australia, so it's important to take the time to read through the following information.

  • Please note that all prices are shown in Australia dollars and so you will be charged in AUD at the exchange rate of the day.
  • By placing an order from Australia to be shipped to NZ you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. For more info on all things customs, we suggest contacting New Zealand customs.
  • Charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and must be borne by the customer.
  • Failure to provide your delivery address in the correct format may result in a delay in your order being processed, so do be sure to double check and ensure that it's corre
  • If the order is returned to sender as a result of the address being incorrect, a re-shipment fee of $10 will apply.
  • GoodnessMe Box will not accept any claim for ‘lost’ or ‘missing’ parcels if the customer has entered the address incorrectly or in the incorrect format, or provided the carrier with an ‘Authority to Leave’ instruction. GoodnessMe Box does not accept returns for items shipped internationally.

 

While we normally have two dispatches a month, our team is busy packing and will be shipping out boxes weekly in the lead up to Christmas :)

Once you purchase a GoodnessMe Box subscription we will send you a printable gift card so that you have something to give you're friends and family ahead of the delivery.

Membership & Billing Questions

Login to your account and click the “Payment Details” tab to view and edit your payment details.

Login to your account dashboard and click the orange “Manage My Subscriptions” button, then click 'Edit' to change your shipping info. All address change requests must be made before the 20th of the month prior, or the following month’s box will be shipped to the existing address. If you are unsure if you have missed our cut-off, please contact us at hello@goodnessmebox.com to check.       

GoodnessMe Box does not offer refunds, including no partial refunds. For monthly, 3, 6 or 12 month subscription plans that have already started; GoodnessMe Box may, at its sole and absolute discretion, decide to offer a refund under extenuating circumstances. GoodnessMe Box does not accept returns of monthly boxes or individual products under any circumstances.

Our secure checkout accepts credit/debit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

All regular subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled through the website. If you are on a monthly subscription you will be billed on the 20th of each month. If you are on a 3,6 or 12 month subscription you will be billed every 3, 6 or 12 months on the 20th of the month, in advance of the month ahead. Unless a subscription is cancelled 2 days before the above renewal dates, the subscription will automatically renew for a further subscription period and you will be charged the subscription price.
Gift Subscriptions are stand along purchases and do not automatically renew, so there's no need to cancel.

If you are on a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription, you can cancel at any time and will still receive all the boxes remaining on your subscription.

To cancel your subscription just follow the steps outlined below.

Login to your account dashboard. 

  • Click the “Manage Subscriptions” orange button.
  • Click the "Subscriptions" option in the side menu.
  • Click the red “Cancel” link next to the subscription that would like to cancel.
  • Follow the options to complete the cancellation process.

You can view all payments and download your invoices by logging into your account and clicking "Payment history", followed by clicking on your order number.

You will be billed on the day that you sign up to GoodnessMe Box. Following this, you will be placed on our advanced billing cycle. If you are on a monthly subscription you will be billed on the 20th of each month, if you are on a 3,6 or 12 month subscription you will be billed every 3, 6 or 12 months on the 20th of the month paying for the month ahead.

Gift Subscriptions, are stand alone purchases and do not auto-renew.

Shipping Info

The outer packaging is designed to protect the goods inside your box to reduce the amount of replacement shipments and waste created.

You can track your order through your Account. Just click on Track Order on the homepage menu to view tracking updates for your orders.

For local orders we ship with a courier service to ensure quick and safe delivery of your boxes. At times we will ship with Australia Postal services depending on your location. GoodnessMe Box is not responsible or liable for any delay of delivery of your box or any damage caused to your box which is beyond GoodnessMe Box’s control.

If you're not home at the time of your delivery, a collection card will be left so that you can arrange collection/redelivery.

We send out box deliveries twice a month, on the first week of each month and around the 18th of each month. You need to place your order by the 25th of the month prior, in order to fall into the delivery in the first week of the month.

Once your first box is on its way we reset your subscription so that all other boxes will be sent out on the first week of each month.

Delivery times after your box has left GMB HQ are:

  • 2-4 days: Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne & Adelaide Metro, Regional Victoria & NSW, ACT and Northern Queensland
  • 4-15 days: Perth, Tasmania, Far North Queensland, Northern Territory, Regional QLD, WA, SA, New Zealand

Points & Reviews

The rewards program is designed to give you the best value out of your membership. 

Anyone with a GoodnessMe Box account is automatically enrolled to earn points - you need to create an account (where you’ll earn 5 points), you will then earn 1 point for every dollar spent on a subscription - For example, if you buy a 3 month subscription for $75 you earn 75 points.

If you purchase a subscription without creating an account you will not receive any points, however, if you decide to create an account at a later date after already buying a subscription, you’ll then receive those points backdated to your first purchase as long as you use the same details that you used on your original purchase.

You can earn points for all sorts of activities: Refer friends and earn points. Give a friend $10 off their first purchase and you earn 50 points if they spend $65 or more, purchase a subscription on the website and receive 1 point per $1 spent, follow GoodnessMe Box on Instagram and receive 15 points, like the GoodnessMe Box Facebook page and receive 15 points, write a product review and receive 10 points, and receive 50 points on your Birthday. There is no limit to the amount of points you can earn.

When you reach 500 points you can claim a bonus product from a list of selected products - you can claim more than one product if your points allow. Products are available for a limited time and are subject to change at GoodnessMe Box’s sole discretion.

Bonus gifts will be shipped once a week and you will be charged a shipping fee at the checkout. Listed RRP’s for each product are indicative only. If you no longer wish to earn points, simply contact us at hello@goodnessmebox.com and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

If you cancel your GoodnessMe Box account or subscription and wish to join again you must contact us at hello@goodnessmebox.com and we’ll re-enroll you, however, your point total will begin again from zero.

Once you have earned 500 rewards points you can claim a bonus product.

Easy! Click the VIP Loalty option on the website and login to your Account.

Vegan Options

GoodnessMe Box is all about discovery, so we like to include a mix of products for customers to try each month. As such, we don’t guarantee that the box will be gluten free but we do find many health foods and vegan products are gluten free. Please check the product ingredients if you have a particular allergen prior to consumption.

We ensure the vegan friendly products in your GoodnessMe Box are cruelty free and are not made with any animal products. Please note, some vegan products may contain trace amounts of non-vegan ingredients due to shared manufacturing processes.

Many businesses do not have the luxury of owning vegan only equipment therefore some vegan products may have been made in facilities that use shared equipment. As such, some vegan products may have possible trace amounts of ingredients such as dairy and eggs. While these companies clean all equipment between uses, for this reason a vegan product may not be acceptable to individuals with food allergies or strict dietary requirements.

Billing Questions
