A Little About the Founder

Hi, I’m Peta, the founder of GoodnessMe Box!

I’ve seen first-hand the incredible results it’s had, and I’m so excited for you to jump on board and experience the difference a wholefood diet makes to the way you look and feel.

I’d like to tell you how the program came about. After struggling with an autoimmune condition that sent my health into a downward spiral, I knew something had to change. I was so young, but I felt weighed down, sluggish, and tired all the time. I did my research, and immersed myself into a wholefood diet. I cut out all processed and refined foods in an effort to strengthen my immune system and get my energy back. In just three months, I started to feel better, and nine months later, my doctors couldn’t believe how much I’d managed to improve my condition in such a short amount of time.

The experience taught me that food truly is medicine. When you fuel your body with nourishing nutrients, it is so, so good to you in return. I wanted to do and know more, and I wanted to share everything I’d learnt so that other people could benefit. Before long, GoodnessMe Box was born. Fast forward to today, and I’ve delivered hundreds of thousands of boxes filled with healthy wholefood products. The GoodnessMe Box family was loving discovering healthy, natural goodies, but I could see a gap. They wanted to make the switch to a completely wholefood diet, but they weren’t sure how.

I know how overwhelming it can be to transition to a wholefood diet. So, together with our nutritionist and team of health practitioners, we created a program that I wish I had had along the way, to make the transition easy and achievable for the long-term.

Healthy eating is best done with support, which is why I will be here to answer any questions you may have, as will our team of experts. We’re in this together!

Q: What is Going Whole?

A: The Going Whole program is designed to ease you into healthy diet and lifestyle habits - one meal at a time. You will focus on changing just one meal of the day each week (and then building on this week by week).

Q: How does the Program work?

Q: How much does it cost?

A: The Going Whole Program costs only $127 - that's around $21 a week.

Q: Can I share my membership with a friend?

A: No, but we do recommend encouraging a friend or family member to get their own membership to motivate each other, hold each other accountable, and swap tips.

Q: When does the Program start?

A: The program is open for registration now and you can access all materials immediately. If you would like to complete Going Whole as a group this begins in May 2018 but be sure to sign up today.

Q: Can I start the Program today?

A: Yes! If you would like to start today you get immediate access to the meal plans, shopping lists, recipes, meal prep guides, weekly reads and the video content when you register. Q: How long will I be in the kitchen and is this program suitable for beginner cooks?

A: Our easy recipes are short and sweet and each one will take no more than 20 minutes of preperation. The program encourages you to prepare and cook the majority of your meals, but this doesn’t mean sweating it out in the kitchen for hours each day!

Q: I don’t like to cook/have time to cook, can I still follow the program?

A: Absolutely! There are plenty ‘throw together’ meal options that require no cooking, or minimal kitchen time. Some of the recipes are so easy that you may even find you like cooking by the end of the program!

Q: When I grocery shop I have a strict budget, will the program work for me?

A: The Going Whole program has been designed to be as user friendly as possible and isn’t heavily focused on expensive, premium health food ingredients and hard-to-find ‘superfoods'. It’s important to keep in mind that all your meals will be home made, so once you do your weekly shopping you’ll be stocked up and ready to go for the week. Also, by ditching the take-aways and afternoon muffins you’ll be putting some extra cash back in your pocket - not to mention you’ll feel like a million bucks!

Q: I’d like to follow the program for my entire family or my partner and I, are the meals suitable?

A: Yes! With the program providing at least 7 recipes for each meal of the day (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinners, Snacks and Dessert), there should be something for everyone’s taste preferences and dietary requirements. But if anyone has any health concerns or strict dietary requirements, we recommend discussing this with your health practitioner. The program does have options for gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, vegan and vegetarian dietary requirements.

Q: Can I do the program if I am vegan, vegetarian, paleo, gluten, dairy or sugar free?

A: What’s great about Going Whole is that it provides options for a wide variety of dietary requirements. The program caters for those who are dairy free, gluten free and sugar free. We also provide vegan/vegetarian alternatives for all of the recipes.

Q: Can I eat dessert, coffee and alcohol on this Program?

A: Yep! But know that the desserts we include in the program are wholesome and nutritious (and delicious!). We are also specific with coffee and alcohol-intake recommendations.

Q: How much support from health practitioners do I receive on the program?

A: During the next group round in May 2018, Monday through Friday, one of our qualified health practitioners will be answering any questions you have in the private Going Whole Facebook group. There will also be a Mid-Week forum, so you can live-chat in the group with our Nutritionist.

Q: Can I talk to other people on the Program for support?

A: You sure can! On the group program start date you’ll be given access to the private Facebook group, where you can connect with others who are following the program. Share your successes and some snaps of the meals you’ve been making, and seek motivation and tips from other group members.

Q: Will I lose weight on the program?

A: If weight loss is a reason for you joining the program, you might very well lose weight simply by cleaning up your eats and your lifestyle...provided you stick to the program! Keep in mind that Going Whole is more specifically a healthy eating program. It focuses on changing just one meal of the day each week (and then building on this week by week), so you get healthy for life! The program is designed so that you can take the principles of the program with you after the six weeks.

Q: Will I have more energy on the program?

A: If you’re transitioning from a diet which includes food made from processed and artifical ingedients, refined foods, takeaway or junk food to a wholefood diet, then yes! By building on the number of nutritious meals you’re eating each week over 6 weeks, you should gradually get more pep in your step, and by the end of the program, you might just be bouncing out of bed in the am!

Q: Can I do the program if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

A: This is something to discuss with a healthcare practitioner. When pregnant/breastfeeding any changes to your diet or lifestyle should be made under the supervision of a health practitioner.

Q: Will I manage with the program if I work full-time?

A: Yes, the program has been ESPECIALLY designed to make meal-prep easy for anyone who is time-poor! The program recommends doing meal planning and a grocery shop every Sunday, and guides you through your meal prep each week. This keeps you organised for the week allowing you to plan your meals to suit your schedule.

Q: After the program is complete how long will I have access to all the content?

A: You will have lifetime access to the program and all of the Going Whole content.

Q: Do I need to worry about exercising on this program?

A: While Going Whole is a healthy eating program, it also acknowledges that a healthy diet should go hand-in-hand with a healthy lifestyle, exercise included! For this reason, we share our exercise philosophy and some exercise tips in Going Whole, but keep in mind that this is not an exercise program, nor does the program require strenusous exercise.

Q: Will my credit card details be safe if I join online?

A: Yes, we use established and secure payment gateways including Stripe and Paypal.

Q: Can I do the Program overseas?

A: Yes, Going Whole can be done wherever you are in the world.

Q: Can I do the program if I’m travelling?

A: If you have access to a kitchen and are able to go grocery shopping while travelling, then yes! As the program largely focuses on making your own meals, if you aren’t able to do much much meal prep, we suggest starting again when you get home. As you have lifetime access to the Going Whole content you can stop and start the program as you please!

Q: Do I need any special kitchen appliances to do the program?

A: Nope! If you have a blender, great, but if not, no biggie, as the majority of the recipes can be made with basic kitchen utensils.
