It's so hard to narrow it down! But I think I would start in Hawaii for an acai bowl then make my way to Hong Kong for some Yum Cha at lunch time and eat an endless supply of dumplings, followed by Japan for dinner to devolve in a bowl of udon noodle soup. I'd then make a flee to Italy for dessert because I couldn't go past a waffle cone ice cream.

So hard to pick just one! But the two weeks I spent in Vietnam enjoying daily doses of Vietnamese Pho were pretty fantastic.
